Parker administration arrests at least 34 people in Kensington sweep, prison system “prepared”

By 9 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4th, 34 people had been arrested along G Street and the Kensington and Allegheny corridors for “narcotics violations,” including drug paraphernalia and possession, as well as outstanding warrants, according to the Philadelphia Police Department (PPD). Read more.
