Biden begins reboot in Philly and Harrisburg, highlighting state’s importance

President Joe Biden came to Philadelphia July 7 to campaign and reboot after his debate performance prompted calls for him to drop out of the presidential race. Biden gave a speech at predominantly Black mega-church, Mt. Airy Church of God in Christ in East Mt. Airy in the city’s Northwest neighborhood. Read more.
