Jason High, Managing Partner, Ridge Policy Group
Jason is a seasoned political strategist and business leader who brings a wealth of experience from the highest levels of public service, private enterprise, and political campaigns. As Managing Partner of Ridge Policy Group, he leverages his diverse background to provide clients with strategic guidance and achieve impactful results.
Jason's political acumen is evident in his role as Campaign Manager for Scott Wagner's 2018 gubernatorial bid. He successfully steered the campaign to secure the Republican nomination for Governor of Pennsylvania, overcoming a challenging primary race against a well-funded opponent. Prior to this, Jason honed his leadership skills, serving as Chief of Staff to two Pennsylvania State Senators, John H. Eichelberger, Jr. and Scott Wagner. In this capacity, he managed office operations, provided policy counsel, and collaborated with stakeholders to advance legislative priorities. Complementing his political expertise, Jason possesses a strong business foundation. He served as Vice President of Reclamere, a data security firm, where he oversaw all aspects of the company's operations, from personnel management to strategic planning and execution. This unique blend of public and private sector experience makes Jason a valuable asset in navigating the complexities of the political landscape and delivering effective solutions for clients.
